Smart Step Lending LLC operates as a marketing, education, lead-intake, and communications business. We provide general information about mortgage loan products (including conventional, government-backed, non-QM, reverse mortgage, business, and commercial financing programs), an online mortgage application referral, an FSBO ("For Sale By Owner") support program, and related content. Smart Step Lending LLC is not a mortgage lender or broker.
Mortgage loan origination services referenced on this Site are provided by Adam Koncurat, individually licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS #2727504 (Colorado Mortgage Loan Originator License #100542770; Utah Mortgage Loan Originator License #14260955), operating through NEXA Mortgage, LLC, NMLS #1660690. Reverse mortgage borrowers remain responsible for property taxes, homeowners insurance, applicable HOA dues, and home maintenance, and must continue to occupy the property as their primary residence. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Step Lending LLC regarding the Site. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
