5. AI Voice Assistant & Call Handling

Calls to our published business phone numbers may be answered, in whole or in part, by an AI-powered virtual assistant ("Sona") operating through our business communications platform. If you ask whether you are speaking with a person or an automated assistant, Sona will tell you honestly.

Call Recording and Transcription

Calls handled by Sona may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance, customer service, follow-up, and business recordkeeping purposes. If you are calling from a location that requires the consent of all parties to a call recording, please be aware of this practice before continuing the call.

What Sona Collects

To route your call and help Adam follow up, Sona may collect your name, phone number, email address (if offered), the general reason for your call, whether you are a new or existing contact, and your preferred callback method. Sona does not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account or credit card numbers, tax documents, income documentation, or other sensitive financial details over the phone. If you offer this type of information during a call, Sona is instructed to stop you and let you know Adam will provide a secure way to submit documents if needed.

What Sona Does Not Do

Sona does not quote interest rates, APRs, fees, payments, closing costs, or loan terms; does not state or imply that you are approved, pre-approved, qualified, denied, or eligible for any loan; and does not provide legal, tax, credit, or financial advice. Mortgage-specific guidance is provided directly by Adam Koncurat after reviewing your full situation. You may ask to speak with Adam directly at any time.

Information collected through Sona is handled in accordance with the rest of this Privacy Policy, including Section 7 (How We Share Information) and Section 8 (Data Security).
